Stallings Rachel

Rachel Stallings is a nonprofit executive and strategic leader in Cincinnati with more than 20 years of experience advancing organizations that serve youth and communities at scale. She is known for connecting vision to execution, helping organizations grow while staying grounded in purpose and results.

Her career spans education, community development, and systems-level initiatives. Rachel works closely with boards, public-sector leaders, funders, and community stakeholders to align strategy, funding, and operations. Her leadership has supported programs reaching tens of thousands of students across urban school systems, including ongoing collaboration with Cincinnati Public Schools.

Rachel has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and fostering partnerships that lead to meaningful progress. She brings a disciplined approach to leadership, pairing
big-picture thinking with strong execution while guiding complex, cross-sector initiatives.

Rachel serves as Interim Executive Director of KidFuture CPS, following her tenure as Deputy Director. In this role, she is leading the organization through a critical period of transition, ensuring continuity for staff and partners while maintaining momentum across key initiatives that support students and schools.

Rachel has played a central role in advancing the organization’s work and strengthening partnerships that expand its reach and effectiveness. Her deep institutional knowledge and long-standing commitment to the mission position her to provide steady, focused leadership during this time.
